I have just had my Audi Q3 delivered on a business contract hire lease.
I would like to thank Stacey for all her patience in helping me to decide on this car and then finding it promptly for me.

Debbie Rosson, Essex

'After a business setback a few years ago I had been left with a less than glowing credit history. Nobody seemed very optimistic about the prospects of obtaining car finance until I found Howlett Leasing. Although it took some time, Stacey was eventually able to not only secure a non-status leasing contract, but at a rate that was actually better than most 'śmainstream' deals that I've seen. I'm now driving a new a Volvo XC60 and couldn't be more delighted with it.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Howlett Leasing and in fact wouldn't now consider going anywhere else for future car finance. Many thanks Stacey for all of your help and I will certainly be back when I need another car.'Ł

Paul Brown, PBA Training Scunthorpe

This is the second van Adrian has taken from us.

Stacey at Howlett Leasing provided my new Seat Ibiza and it's fab, so much easier than messing about buying one. Great job and and easy service.

Pip Salt, Dunmow, Essex

An efficient, easy to use and helpful service from beginning to end. Stacey provided options that dealers couldn't. The process was seamless and we are delighted with our new car.

Alex De'Cort, Essex

'Having not leased a car before, the process was very new to me but Stacey always took the time to explain how things worked.

'I always felt fully informed from the point of getting a quote to beyond the eventual delivery of my vehicle, meaning everything ran extremely smoothly.

'I would highly recommend Howlett Leasing as not only do they provide a professional service but also a highly personal one too.'

Thank you again for all your help!

James Baldwin, Norwich

This is the second L200 leased through Stacey at Howlett Leasing, I was pleased with all her help and her fast response to what we wanted.

Ricki Stevens, Aldershot, Glous

I have just taken delivery of my Audi A1 on a Personal Contract Purchase, Stacey dealt with and organised it all very swiftly for me. A nice car at a very reasonable price per month - perfect!

Karen Williams from St Ives

Fantastic service from Stacey, when i ordered my car I was told because of the colour/trim choice I made that no vehicles of that colour/spec in UK. It would have to be a factory order and delivery would not be until December, we decided to wait as the colour was fantastic on that model.

So imagine my surprise when Stacey got in contact and said 'your car is ready when do you want it delivered', this was at the end of October a couple of months earlier than expected!

Thank you Stacey for all your hard work, and great service over the past few months, and for getting it for us at a very good price.

We highly recommend you to anyone thinking of getting a new car soon....First Class.

Mr Peter Cole, Manningtree

'I had been looking for a sound, value-for-money deal on a Mercedes. Having done extensive research I was impressed with a particular deal on offer which I saw online.

I had been referred to Stacey through a business colleague and thought I would see if she were able to match this deal and provide me with the service and care that my colleague had raved about.

Stacey came back to me and said that, unfortunately, that deal was not available, but to her credit, she went away and managed to get it honoured in full. This is all the more astounding as my brother is the dealer principal at a Mercedes dealership and couldn't get anywhere near the deal. In fact he can't believe I got it at all! This was all down to Stacey's help and persistence and professionalism.

I have since referred a number of colleagues to Stacey and am sure they will experience the same high standards of care that I have.

Thank you so much Stacey'

As part of the overall drive to reduce emissions, and to comply with the new Euro 6 emission standards, more and more diesel cars now include SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) technology.

Used in the right way, SCR can help to reduce Nitrogen Oxide (NOx) emissions by as much as 90%, with fuel efficiency also increasing by between 3% and 5%. For the technology to work, vehicles need to be fitted with a special tank for storing a liquid-reductant agent known as AdBlue┬«. So if your vehicle is fitted with AdBlue┬« there are a few things youÔÇÖll need to know.

What exactly is AdBlue®?

AdBlue┬« is a mixture of water and urea, which you top up periodically, as you do with fuel. As you drive, AdBlue┬« flows from the tank into the exhaust pipe via a dedicated catalyst. The effect is a chemical reaction that converts most of the NOx molecules into nitrogen and water. This is then released into the atmosphere as steam. How do I fill up the AdBlue tank? AdBlue┬« is available from an increasing number of fuel stations and motorway services, but your dealer will also be able to supply AdBlue┬«. New vehicles tend to have a filling point next to the fuel cap, however it does vary depending on the manufacturer and model so itÔÇÖs best to refer to the ownerÔÇÖs manual before you start.

How will I know when itÔÇÖs needed?

ItÔÇÖs important to take action as soon as you see any relevant warning lights on your dashboard. There are three possible warnings:-
First Warning - advises you that the AdBlue® tank is getting low. Second Warning - will give you a mileage range and sometimes is accompanied by an acoustic warning. Final Warning - at this point the vehicle will either go into limp home mode (run at reduced power) or will not restart once the ignition has been switched off.

Many leasing companies consider AdBlue® to be a fuel and therefore the cost of refilling is not covered by maintenance contracts.
