Digital Healthcare have used Howlett Leasing since October 2004. We have always found them to be very competitive on price, friendly and helpful to deal with and excellent at providing the service required in a very short space of time! Having challenged them twice this year I have been extremely pleased with every aspect of the service provided. This being my first experience of arranging new lease vehicles I would recommend Howlett's to anyone.

Stacey at Howlett Leasing was brilliant from start to finish. Having never leased a car before she answered all my questions and provided good, practical advice. The process was extremely quick and painless, most of the paperwork was dealt with via email and I only had to visit the office to sign the final documents. My car was ordered on a Tuesday and I took delivery the Thursday of the following week.
I am extremely pleased with my Skoda Octavia 1.6D SE and the deal that Stacey put together for me. I would advise anyone looking for a family car with all the luxuries and extra's of more expensive cars, a huge boot, very economical and great styling, to consider an Octavia. I will definitely be using Stacey again and would be happy to recommend her excellent service to anyone.

Excellent Service and experience
I have recently started leasing a car and this is the first time I have leased a car so needed lots of information. I used Stacey at Howlett Leasing and she was very helpful and walked me through each step until after the car was delivered.
I would highly recommend!!

An efficient, easy to use and helpful service from beginning to end. Stacey provided options that dealers couldn't. The process was seamless and we are delighted with our new car.

Stacey provides a personal, high quality service which suits me just nicely. I had known her for several years in a local business club. But it was my son who, unbeknown to me had been searching for a car that suited me (I have orthopaedic problems which made simple thing such as putting luggage in the boot, awkward).
So when he came upon a Skoda Yeti on her web site, at a price which was most competitive, I agree to change my old car in favour of a Yeti.
I have been running it for a year now, and am most pleased
I can honestly and with great pleasure, recommend Howlett Leasing.

Having never leased before I was recommended to go to Howlett Leasing and was never disappointed. Stacey worked tirelessly and was available for help many times outside 'office' hours.
Very helpful, very efficient, very responsive, very considerate and worked through email very well, which suited my style as I was not always in the UK.
I can't recommend highly enough and would always make Howlett Leasing my first port of call if I want to lease again. Thank you.

Howlett Leasing was recommended to me by one of our employees who had used their service. I have to say that I was delighted with the service provided by Stacey, nothing was too much trouble for her and the car was delivered within the timescale, excellent!
The car we selected was the Skoda Superb Estate 2.0TDI CR SE; the car had an excellent write up in the motoring press:- (www.whatcar.com/skoda/superb/estate/review/) and for the price, delivered on space, comfort and value, the car suits ideally the needs of our sales rep travelling around the country visiting customers and prospects carrying sample products with him.
Delighted, thank you.

Very smooth and easy way to obtain my new Mini Clubvan. I received updates from Stacey Howlett and Jon from Mini at every stage, including after sales care.

Howlett's have provided a few cars for us over the years. We have always been handled courteously, efficiently and nothing is too much trouble for Stacey and her team. Better still, the prices are very competitive across all vehicles. I can wholehearted recommend using Howlett Leasing.

As part of the overall drive to reduce emissions, and to comply with the new Euro 6 emission standards, more and more diesel cars now include SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) technology.
Used in the right way, SCR can help to reduce Nitrogen Oxide (NOx) emissions by as much as 90%, with fuel efficiency also increasing by between 3% and 5%. For the technology to work, vehicles need to be fitted with a special tank for storing a liquid-reductant agent known as AdBlue®. So if your vehicle is fitted with AdBlue® there are a few things you’ll need to know.
What exactly is AdBlue®?
AdBlue® is a mixture of water and urea, which you top up periodically, as you do with fuel. As you drive, AdBlue® flows from the tank into the exhaust pipe via a dedicated catalyst. The effect is a chemical reaction that converts most of the NOx molecules into nitrogen and water. This is then released into the atmosphere as steam. How do I fill up the AdBlue tank? AdBlue® is available from an increasing number of fuel stations and motorway services, but your dealer will also be able to supply AdBlue®. New vehicles tend to have a filling point next to the fuel cap, however it does vary depending on the manufacturer and model so it’s best to refer to the owner’s manual before you start.
How will I know when it’s needed?
It’s important to take action as soon as you see any relevant warning lights on your dashboard. There are three possible warnings:-
First Warning - advises you that the AdBlue® tank is getting low. Second Warning - will give you a mileage range and sometimes is accompanied by an acoustic warning. Final Warning - at this point the vehicle will either go into limp home mode (run at reduced power) or will not restart once the ignition has been switched off.
Many leasing companies consider AdBlue® to be a fuel and therefore the cost of refilling is not covered by maintenance contracts.
