When we changed our family car earlier this year we leased it through Stacey at Howletts. This was our first lease and we were a bit worried that it would be complicated and time consuming but Stacey's professional approach and efficient manner in dealing with our questions meant that it was quick and easy and in no time we had our new car and a good price for our old one.

Howletts were not quite the cheapest deal out there, but the benefit of having a face to deal with, who will almost certainly be there when you next call, rather than a voice on the phone anywhere, is in my view worth a bit extra.
